Secret Santa
Secret Santa that runs itself
One game for everyone: some on Telegram, some on email, each in their own language. You don't keep a spreadsheet: people sign up, we do the draw and look after the rest.
One game brings everyone together
No need to gather everyone in one messenger. Each person plays where it suits them, and the circle, the dates and the chat are shared.
Telegram
The form, your person, the chat and the snowballs, all in the bot with buttons. No need to visit the site.
No Telegram? An email with a button leads to the game's page, where everything is the same.
Languages
The form and messages in six languages. One writes in Czech, the other reads in Russian: translation is one press away.
How it goes
- 1
Sign-up
You send one link. Each person fills in a short form, in the bot or on the site.
- 2
The draw
On the chosen day, everybody gets the one person they give to. You can test it first with a dry run.
- 3
The present
Santa sees the wishes and where to send the present. Buttons for sent and received, reminders on schedule.
What others don't have
The organiser's control panel
Who hasn't sent, where people came from, broadcasts, a schedule, swaps, CSV. On the screen and in the bot.
Anonymous chat
Santa can ask about sizes and pickup points. The bot copies the text, so no name travels with it.
Snowballs
Throw one into the crowd and it hits somebody. They throw it back and often hit someone else. The whole company wakes up.
A rescuer
Somebody left or went silent? A volunteer or the organiser takes over the present, and nobody is left without one.
